Lady Trojans prevail in track

New Kent’s Lady Trojans amassed 150 points to outdistance five opponents on their home track on April 1.

Peninsula Catholic placed second with 76 points while Charles City took third with 69. St. Gertrude’s finished fourth with 68 followed by Hampton Roads Academy (65) and Surry (42). New Kent won eight events while Charles City prevailed in three.

Scores for the boys’ meet were not available and only a partial list of results were turned in.
