Members of the Charles City County High School Army JROTC “Panther” Battalion presented the colors during pre-game ceremonies at the Washington Redskins-Cincinnati Bengals football game at FedEx Field in Landover, Md. on Sept. 23. It marked the fifth time in the unit’s 18-year history that they have been invited to perform the honor. Cadets Brandon Bulheller, Brandon Collie, Alex Daniels and John Hoffman along with the JROTC instructor Sgt. 1st Class Steward Greene took part.
