Peace named to coalition board

Del. Chris Peace, who represents New Kent County in the Virginia House of Delegates, has been named to the board of the Faith and Freedom Coalition.

The appointment recognizes Peace’s support of the virtues of faith, hard work, marriage, family, personal responsibility, and helping the least among us, said the delegate’s office in a press release.

“I am pleased to have the opportunity to serve an organization that champions the values of life, marriage, limited government, and religious liberty,” said Peace in the same press release. “It is my honor to serve the 97th District and to represent our shared common values.”

The coalition is a non-profit organization committed to educating, equipping, and mobilizing people of faith and like-minded individuals to be effective citizens.
