Comet PanStarrs appears to streak toward the horizon in this three-second time exposure taken from a hilltop near Providence Forge on March 14. The comet has been barely visible to the naked eye for most of this month just after sunset and low in the western sky. Another deep space visitor named Comet Ison is expected to be in view later this year in November and December.
