Charles City Middle School PTA held its first “pi” celebration on March 14 in the middle/high school library. The celebration was organized by the school’s math department in honor of the pi symbol and featured activities for students. Pi represents the circumference of a circle, equivalent to 3.14, hence the celebration on March 14 (3-14).
