Poster contest winner

Taylor Smith, a senior at Charles City High School, receives a $500 check from Capt. Jayson Crawley of the Charles City County Sheriff’s Office for winning the Charles City portion of the 2013 Metro Richmond CrimeStoppers poster contest. Taylor’s poster also placed third place in the regional contest.
