Bradby inducted, wins scholarship

Whitney Bradby, a 2011 graduate of Charles City High School and a rising junior at Virginia State University, was recently inducted into the Central Virginia Undergraduate Mathematics Scholarship Program.

She will receive a $10,000 scholarship for the 2013-14 academic year, renewable for 2014-15. The value of the award over a two-year period is $20,000.

She is the daughter of the late Marlon Bradby, and Sandra and Steven Paige.
