CC Brown Bag 12th anniversary

Volunteers, county employees, and county dignitaries gather around a resolution celebrating the 12th anniversary of Charles City’s Brown Bag program. The program began on Oct. 27, 2000 and provides meals to 75 households. The volunteer program has 75 members that provide services to residents 60 years and over. As of today, more than 650 seniors have been participants in the program.
