Poster Contest Winner

Ciara Evers (center), a junior at New Kent High School, is the winner of the 2013 Crime Stoppers Poster Contest for New Kent County High School. She was awarded a $500 check from Crime Stoppers. Presenting the check are Corporal Heath Jenkins (left) and high school principal Yvonne Jones (right).
