Haga graduates from Bridgewater

Zachary Haga, a music major from Quinton, graduated on May 18 from Bridgewater College.

Supreme Court of Virginia Justice William C. Mims urged the college’s 301 graduates to remember society’s timeless virtues and to build meaningful lives.

Among the Class of 2013, 100 earned bachelor of arts degrees, 175 earned bachelor of science degrees and 26 are scheduled to complete degree requirements during summer school sessions, which conclude Aug. 2.

The college’s interim president, Roy W. Ferguson Jr., conferred the degrees at the ceremony.
