New Kent Elementary School third-fifth graders finally partook in field day activities on June 12 after several delays due to inclimate weather. Above, girls and boys combine muscle power during tug-of-war. Other activities during the event include an ice cube relay, an inflatable slide, and a variety of water games including the no-hands sponge relay (below).
