New Kent University opens enrollment

New Kent is pleased to announce enrollment for New Kent University, an interactive citizen education program designed to give participants a first-hand look into county government, is now open.

Registration forms are currently being accepted for 2013. Programs will take place on 10 consecutive Thursdays from 1-3:30 p.m. beginning Sept. 7 and concluding Nov. 7. The program is free of charge.

New Kent University is limited to 25 participants and preference will be given to those who live or work for the county.
