Frank Ferrante (left), area governor of the Rotary Club, presented New Kent Rotary Club president Claude Carmack (right) and Jackie Smith (center) the Rotary Governor’s Certificate of Merit to the Rotary Club at its July 15 meeting. The award was granted for providing meritorious service to the locality and to the community in 2012-13.
