Letter to the editor: Says Affordable Health Care Act unconstitutional

Considering the personal security risk of our medical records obtained by Obamacare, we might be well advised to opt out of Obama’s dictatorial health controls. One nation undger God, with liberty and justice for all. Really?! That is not what I am seeing herein.

I believe the Affordable Health Care Act was fraudulently sold to he American people, thusly should be illegal. As I understand it, fraud is defined by something being said or done to deceive others from the truth so that the person committing fraud can acquire something that might not be obtained if the truth were known. The health care was held up to us and told we could not see what was in it until we accepted it. But under the court’s interpretation of the law, the government may deceive or lie to the people without accountability, but a citizen lying to the government shall be held accountable under the double standards of the federal legal system.

We were told our health care would be less expensive, but the premiums are dramatically on the rise. Co-pay has also increased, as well as deductibles more than doubling. Taxes have been added to medical devices. We were told that we could keep our insurance policy and our doctors. This too has turned out to be untrue. We were told that decisions would be made between patients and their doctors, but now we find some bureaucrat will determine the care we are entitled. Insurance availability that we desire is impossible to acquire as now we much choose the policy and coverage that the government determines that we must have. This is killing the standard quality and affordability of our health care.

If this health insurance is so great, why did Obama grant himself and the politician’s exemption from Obamacare? The IRS does not want to be on Obamacare even though they yare the enforcers of it. Unions that supported it are now trying to get an exemption that will further cost the ax payers. Doctors are reiring because of it that will cause a shortage of medical and quality of care.

Obamacare is harming the American people and the country in general. I do not believe this is a mistake but rather by designed to destroy our economy and the health care system for a single payer system.
