Distinguished school recognition

New Kent Superintendent of Schools Rick Richardson (right) presents New Kent Elementary principal John Moncrief and his staff with a plaque recognizing them for being named a Distinguished Title One school. The school is one of 55 schools in the state of Virginia to earn the honor.
