Students and guests join in on a Zumba session during Charles City Middle School’s annual health fair on March 26. Thirty organizations attended the event, providing materials on living a healthy lifestyle, offering free health screenings, and providing an insight guide to a healthier diet. Other activities included yoga sessions, an aerobic workout, and appearances by VCU’s Rodney the Ram and Nutsy from the Richmond Flying Squirrels.
