Adkins excels at University of Minnesota

Kaitlyn Adkins, a native of Charles City, graduated magna cum laude with a Juris Doctor from University of Minnesota’s Law School on May 17.

Adkins’ accomplishments at the university include interning with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Minnesota, interning for the Honorable Jeffrey Keyes (federal Magistrate Judge for the District of Minnesota), volunteering with the Indian Services Project, serving on the commencement committee, being named to the Dean’s List, and working as an associate at Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi, LLP.

She is a 2007 graduate of J.R. Tucker High School and a 2011 graduate of the College of William & Mary.

She is the daughter of Bill and Sherry Edwards and Charles Adkins, and the granddaughter of David Adkins.
