Hoge wins Credit Union scholarship

Carrie Hoge, a Quinton resident, was awarded the Virginia Credit Union scholarship.

Hoge, a senior at Strayer University, will receive $2,500 towards her studies.

The scholarship is awarded on the basis of scholastic achievement, community service, extracurricular activities, an essay, and work to help defray the cost of education.
