NKMS FBLA gives $300 to charity

New Kent Middle School’s FBLA donated $300 of items to Heifer International’s mission for their yearly project.

Members of the organization used funds from the school store to help purchase gifts for Heifer International. Gifts purchased were one pig, two flocks each of chicks, geese, and docks, and two honeybee packages that include bees, hives, boxes, and training.

Gifts donated will be used to provide nutrition, dependable income, education, and more for the mission.

A huge thanks goes out to all New Kent Middle School students and club members for supporting the worthy cause.
