Dozens of students and parents took advantage of New Kent High School's first College Fair to sample course offerings and programs as well as get a head start on the college application process. Representatives from 15 state colleges and universities were on hand Nov. 20 to discuss the benefits of their respective institutions and distribute material. In the photo above, the VCU table attracts considerable interest. In the photos below, students and parents learn more about the University of Richmond, James Madison, and Longwood. Other schools present were Mary Baldwin, Regent, Old Dominion, Virginia Wesleyan, Virginia State, Mary Washington, Rappahannock Community, Radford, Christopher Newport, Liberty, and Virginia Tech.
