Faith Hynes, a third grader at George Watkins Elementary School, was selected as one of fifteen winners to have her artwork printed and displayed on a banner to hang at the Diamond for Richmond Flying Squirrels baseball games. Her design was selected out of more than 100 entries in the contest.
