Seventeen-year old Cole Baldwin, a New Kent resident, reeled in a citation cobia weighing 57 pounds and measuring 47 inches long during a recent outing in Duck, NC. He reeled the fish in using a 10-pound test line and took an hour and a half to finally claim his prize.
