Seven-year old New Kent princess Haliah Douglas interacts with goats at the petting zoo exhibit during the New Kent County Fair on Aug. 12 at the high school. Despite on and off weather, residents and visitors were able to check out exhibits, shows, and a number of attractions during the three-day event.
