Above, one lucky child gets an up close and personal experience with a trained bloodhound from the K-9 unit of New Kent Sheriff’s Office at their event in front of New Kent Historic School pm Aug. 7. The event serves as a community outreach between authority branches and citizens, bringing together the parties in an informative and fun event.
