Barbara Houston, a resident of Quinton, was announced as the “Best in Show” winner of Virginia Vistas Photo Contest. Her photo entitled “Sunrise at Harrison Lake” was taken in Charles City and selected as the top photograph in the contest from more than 1,000 entries submitted.
