Charles City Public Schools 2020 ‘Teachers-of-the-Year’

Charles City Elementary School instructor Kara Canaday (left) and Charles City High School Guidance Counselor Jamie Porter (right) were selected as Charles City Public School Teachers of the Year at their respective schools. Canaday was announced as the division’s Teacher-of-the-Year due to her enthusiasm for learning, interaction within the community, and the ability to continue the growth of education in a fun and productive environment.
