Charles City Volunteer Fire Department honored former longtime members Cpt. William Joe McCauley (pictured) and Chief Archer Jones Jr. by placing their names on the recently upgraded Tanker 1 truck. Repairs were made to the 2,500-gallon apparatus and honored two members with more than 80 years of service to the volunteer fire department.
