First graduates of Charles City Neighborhood College

Charles City County’s Board of Supervisors recognized its first graduating class of the Charles City Neighborhood College at Tuesday night’s regular meeting. The program, that expands over a 10-week period, allows citizens to gain insight of the inner workings of several governing departments and interact with valuable members who make local government operate.
