Latest graduates of Charles City’s Neighborhood College

Six Charles City residents emerged as graduates of the second class of Charles City County’s Neighborhood College. The program is designed to provide citizens an inside look of the inner workings of various governmental departments. Graduates are (l to r) Paulette Tabb, Christina Brown, Stephanie Jerkins, Kobe Jerkins, Janette Taylor, and Arlen Craft.
