Cumberland Hospital recognized for Gluten-Free Food Service program
Cumberland Hospital for Children and Adolescents in New Kent County has been certified as a Gluten-Free Food Service program.
The Cumberland Hospital nutrition team met requirements of rigorous standards and expectations that include audits by the Gluten-Free Food Service (GFFS).
“I am proud of the hard work by our dietary team to achieve this prestigious certification,” said Garrett Hamilton, Chief Executive Officer of Cumberland Hospital. “Being able to offer Gluten Free options in a dedicated meal preparation area increases our ability to serve our unique patient population.”
