Award for Best New Environmental Sustainability

New Kent County Parks and Recreation Director Kim Turner accepts the Best New Environmental Sustainability award presented by the Virginia Recreation and Park Society. The award was presented as the county’s parks and recreation department has created efforts to create atmospheres to ensure extended and quality life in local parks.
