Gordon N. Dixon award

Plan RVA Executive Director Marth Shickle (right) presents the Gordon N. Dixon award to Sandy Paige Godwin, the sister of the late Patricia Paige for her dedication and hard work on the regional planning committee. Paige received the posthumous nomination last year and was recognized at the Nov. 13 New Kent Board of Supervisors meeting.
