Fols named new director of Bay Transit

David Fols has been tabbed as the new director of Bay Transit, an agency that serves New Kent and Charles City County.

Fols will oversee transportation operations for 10 counties including New Kent and Charles City. Bay Transit provides shuttle and transportation services for $1 with advance notification.
