Children and adults received vital instructions on the importance of bicycle helmets and safety seats as part of Charles City Public School’s Wellness Fun Fair and Bike Rodeo held at the high school. Among events conducted included yoga, line dancing, personal training information, and healthy dieting snacks for attendees.
