NK grand jury indicts 12

A New Kent Circuit Court grand jury has indicted 12 individuals. Convening on Sept. 17, the grand jury indicted:
–Shauna Evelyn Chapman, 25, of 10345 Racheal Diann Drive, Quinton, on one count of forging a check. The alleged incident occurred on Nov. 3, 2011 and April 30, 2012.
–Jordan Brewster Jones, 23, of 633 Corapeake Drive, Chesapeake, on three counts of possession of a controlled substance. Jones allegedly possessed marijuana, heroin, and amphetamines last
Jan. 25 and Feb. 28.
–Justin Webster Mills, 24, of 5640 S. Garden Road, Providence Forge, on one count of possession of a controlled substance last April 4.
–Raymond Hampton Putze Jr., 33, of 8022 Henpeck Road, Lot J, Quinton, on one count of possession of heroin. Putze is accused of having the substance on April 27.
–Chelsey Renee Yates, 22, of 4503 Rocking Horse Lane, Charles City, on one count of possession of a controlled substance. Yates is accused of being in possession of the substance on June 28.
–Mark Kirk Buckland, 39, of 36 Hardwood Drive, Roredale, Md., on two counts of distribution of cocaine. Buckland is accused of distributing the substance on July 19 and 20 of this year.
–Billy Cherry Jr., 39, of 1791 Carson Street, Richmond, and Gregory Allen Kersey, 34, of 3007 P Street, Richmond on one count each of burglary and grand larceny. According to the indictment, Cherry and Kersey allegedly stole tools from John Scorsone that were in access of $200 in value on June 11.
–Cody Justin Graham, 29, of 2118 Dumbarton Road, Henrico, and Steven Lewis Risby, 25, of 9018 Archwind Court Richmond, on two counts each of grand larceny and one count of burglary. On June 22, Graham and Risby allegedly burglarized the house of Lance and Karen Long.
–Cassandra Lucette Green, 48, of 3314 Jefferson Davis Highway, Richmond, on two counts of credit card theft and one count of credit card fraud, and Rosoda Demond Satchell, 31, of 3411 Jefferson Davis Highway, Room 107, Richmond, on three counts of credit card theft and one count of credit card fraud. On June 24, Satchell and Green allegedly used credit cards belonging to Eric Boyd and Michael Elimon.
