Renovation work under way at C&F Bank’s Quinton branch
C&F Bank has announced a major renovation of its bank branch located in Quinton.
Improvements involve complete “gutting” of the facility with a rebuild of the interior as well as a new façade on the front of the building including a few changes to the roof lines.
Once completed, the interior of the branch, which was opened in 1981, will appear almost completely different than it does today. In addition, the parking lot will be slightly moved toward New Kent Highway and will be ground down and re-asphalted.
The size and scope of the renovation requires temporary relocation of the branch’s lobby to a trailer adjacent to the current branch. C&F anticipates serving customers from this location for approximately five months.
Throughout the renovation, the existing drive-thru and ATM will remain open and branch hours will remain the same. Customers who rent a safe deposit box will be able to access their box throughout the renovation.
“We are extremely excited about this renovation and look forward to providing the community with a newly renovated facility” said Larry Dillon, president and CEO, in a press release.
“We have been considering various options for this project for some time and look forward to its completion this spring,” he said. “As always, we want to thank our customers for their patronage of C&F Bank and ask for their patience and support during this process.”
