Lanexa man arrested for alleged assualt, burglary
A Lanexa man is now in custody after allegedly causing a domestic disturbance at a Providence Forge restaurant.
Charles Edward Laxton III, 33, of the 1000 block of West Riverside Drive, was arrested on June 9 after an incident at Patsy’s Diner.
According to the arrest report, witnesses said Laxton allegedly entered the building without permission and assaulted an employee. When authorities arrived, he was not at the scene.
Warrants were obtained for Laxton’s arrest. He is charged with one count each of burglary (in the daytime) and assault.
He was taken into custody and was being held without bond.
