Three arrested for separate thefts in New Kent
Three individuals have been arrested by New Kent Sheriff’s Office as potential suspects in crimes within the county:
–Nancy L. Pace, 42, (address unknown) and Christopher Cutrell, 21, of the 8300 block of Brown Avenue, West Point, have each been charged with two counts of grand larceny and one count of conspiracy to commit grand larceny. According to the police report, both suspects allegedly stole power tools and fishing equipment from two residences on Old Roxbury Road last Sept. 19 and Sept. 22. Pace has also been charged with the additional felonies of grand larceny and intent to sell stolen property. Pace allegedly stole power tools and electronics on Sept. 24 from a residence on Lakeshore Drive. Cutrell was being held on $10,000 secured bond while Pace was being held without bond.
–Katherine E. Johnson, 18, of the 11000 block of Greenwood Road, Glen Allen, has been charged with one count each of credit card theft and credit card fraud. According to the arrest report, an employee of Pilot Travel Center had her credit card and other items from her wallet stolen on Dec. 27. After an investigation, it was determined Johnson confiscated the items and used them to purchase items at the store. Johnson was being held on a $2,500 secured bond.
