One indicted by Charles City grand jury

A Charles City man was the lone individual indicted during Tuesday morning grand jury proceedings in Charles City Circuit Court.

Cody Wayne Herring, 31, of the 4200b lock of Old Holly Hills Road, Charles City, was indicted on one count each of abduction, misdemeanor aggressive driving, and misdemeanor eluding of police. The offenses allegedly happened on March 13.
