New Kent High School stadium renamed in honor of former athletic director Ed Allen Jr.

New Kent High School’s football stadium is now the Ed Allen Jr. Sports Complex after school officials from the past and present dedicated the facility Friday night in honor of the recently retired athletics director and coach during pre-game festivities at the Trojans’ homecoming celebration. Allen spent his entire 42-year career in education at New Kent.
