Savage continues to improve at GMU

Austin Savage, a 2013 graduate of New Kent High School and former member of the cross-country and track teams, continues to progress in his collegiate career in the aforementioned sports.

A sophomore at George Mason University, Savage heads into his sophomore season of indoor track and field. Last year, he participated in both the indoor and outdoor sport, earning a college medal as a member of the 4×800 relay team at the A-10 championships.

Savage currently holds records at New Kent in the boys’ 500 meter and 800 meter run, as well as a member of the 4×800 meter relay team.
