Allen registers 1,000th volleyball kill

Karley Allen, a junior outside hitter for UVA-Wise volleyball and former New Kent standout, registered her 1,000 kill in a 3-1 win on Oct. 2 at West Liberty University.

Allen became the fourth Cavalier to reach the mark and now holds 1,007 career kills. Allen has propelled UVA-Wise to a 7-7 overall record and a 3-0 start in Mountain East Conference play.
