Allen earns second team All-Mountain East Conference honors

Karley Allen, a former New Kent standout and current women’s volleyball player at UVA-Wise, has been named to the All-Mountain East Conference second team.

Allen became UVA-Wise’s all time kill leader this season with a total of 1,606, with 291 accumulated during her senior season. She ranked second on her team this year in digs with 322.

Allen has been named to either the All-Mountain East Conference first or second year during all four years of her college tenure. She also posted a 4.0 grade-point average for the fall semester.
