New Kent distance runner signs with Randolph

New Kent distance runner Jon Swartout is flanked by his parents, Joe and Tonnie Swartout, while he signs a letter of intent to continue his running career next fall at Randolph College in Lynchburg. He plans to pursue a major in exercise and health science while participating on the college's cross-country and track teams.
