Charles City residents Pam and Steve Hoyt threw out the first pitch at the Richmond Flying Squirrels Game on Apr. 14. The duo received the honor after being named as American Red Cross’ Virginia Capital Chapter’s Special Citation for Exceptional Volunteer Service award.
