National cross-country champion

New Kent High School Senior Isaac Lamprecht won the USATF Junior Olympic Championship Cross-Country meet this past weekend in Louisville, Kentucky. Lamprecht ran a time of 16:00.52 over the 5000-meter course to claim the title.
