Lady Trojans’ tennis fall in Group 3A state quarterfinals to James Monroe

New Kent’s Lady Trojans fell to the visiting James Monroe Lady Yellow Jackets in the state quarterfinals on May 31. New Kent fell in straight competition, falling 5-0 to the visitors from Fredericksburg.

The Lady Trojans finish the season 13-5 and as the Group 3A Region A champions.
