New Kent wins region Scholastic Bowl competition

New Kent High School's Scholastic Bowl team won the AAA East Region championship Wednesday night (Feb. 4) at Poquoson. The team is 25-0 and heading for the state tournament scheduled for Feb. 28 at the College of William & Mary.
