New Kent Environthon 2015

Above, kids paint on a mural using paint made from natural elements in an effort to bring awareness to environmental issues during New Kent's Environthon on Apr. 18. Approximately 20 exhibits partook in the event, emphasizing areas such as gardening tips, using environmental friendly products, and (below) the Association of Wildlife Animals Rehabilitation and Education (AWARE) program that helps creatures return to their natural habitat after recovering from injuries.
