Fuhrmann throws name in for reelection to Charles City School Board

Steve Fuhrmann has announced his reelection campaign as an at-large candidate for Charles City’s School Board.

“It has been an honor to serve the interests of our citizens as a county-wide school board representative,” said Fuhrmann in a press release. “I will continue to encourage the momentum for positive improvements that are underway in our school system and urge an even greater expenditure focus on students learning and teachers teaching.”

Fuhrmann received a Doctorate in Education from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and has resided in Charles City for over three decades with his wife, Louise Hudgins.
